Materials:

3 Ring Binder - divided into three sections (class notes, homework, & handouts.)

Pens - black or blue ink and a highlighter.

Pocket folder - to fit in notebook.                                                                 

Three hole punch - useful but not mandatory.

Textbook, workbook, and binder must be brought to class every day.

Grades:

Tests  - average counts for 50% of the quarter grade.

Quizzes - average counts for 30% of the quarter grade.

Homework - counts for 10% of the quarter grade. You will start the quarter with 100 homework points.You will lose 10 homework points for each missed assignment. Homework will be posted on the homework chart in the classroom as well as on my teacher page. If you are absent it is your responsibility to check my teacher page for assignments and the homework folder upon your return to school.

Class participation - counts for 10% of the quarter grade. You will keep a copy of the class participation rubric in your notebook.
